We make all of our dishes in house. We do not use trans fats, high fructose corn syrup, MSG, propylene glycol, artificial anything or very much salt. We don’t even own a deep fat fryer.
The wide selection of healthy dining offerings include Mediterranean style entrees, South-of-the-Border inspired specialties, burgers ranging from beef & bison (both grass fed) to vegan, shrimp & fish, as well as an array of sandwiches, salads, smoothies, vegetarian entrees and a fine selection of scrumptious desserts. All of our desserts, including our famous carrot cake, are made to our specifications by local pastry chefs.

We have many wheat free items but are unable to guarantee anything to be absolutely gluten free because we handle wheat products in our kitchen. We toast bread on our griddle so if you are extremely sensitive to gluten, please ask for your entree to be cooked in a saute pan. The chocolate chewy cookies are made without flour in a bakery that bakes with wheat flour. These menu items are NOT gluten free– bread, cornbread, pasta, mushroom barley soup, tabouli, flour tortillas, breading, croutons, cakes & cookies. Everything else is made without wheat, barley or rye. We have a wide selection of gluten free products in our store, including crackers, chips, cookies, cake mixes, chocolate, cereals. Try our enchiladas, vegetarian chili, ask for your fajitas & quesadillas on corn tortillas, enjoy the wild salmon, grilled tuna steak, rainbow trout with basil pesto rice, high protein/low carb entree, soups, smoothies guacamole, etc. As with any special diet, we do our best to accomodate your needs if you make us aware of them.
A limited selection of beer and wine is served– you are always welcome to BYOB.
