Traditionally used to strengthen and support lung health.

Organic/Wildcrafted - Mullein, Echinacea Purpurea leaf, Thyme, Licorice root, Peppermint leaf, Yarrow flowers, Plantain leaf, Ginger root, Chrysanthemum flower, Osha root.

Use 1 to 2 teaspoons per cup of hot water, and steep for 10-15 minutes.  Strain and Enjoy!
