Organic: Red Raspberry Leaf, Red Clover, Vitex Berries, Lemon Verbena, Nettle, Cinnamon, Ginger Root, Orange Peel, Squawvine, Hibiscus, Chamomile, Linden Flower.

Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons for each cup of water. Steep for 10-15 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
